Design Professionals is a wholesale showroom that sells to the design trade. Only special floor stock, discontinued items or close outs are available for direct purchase by the public. All other items are special order and require a deposit to place the order. This deposit is considered a partial payment and your confirmation of review of all the parameters necessary to correctly order this custom piece. Once a deposit is received and an order is placed, since this is a custom item, no changes or returns are possible.

Upon shipment of your order, you will be invoiced for your product. Once an item has been received and inspected at the receiver of your choice, final payment will be required before release.

All normal individual manufacturer warranties will apply.
